BelCoPhar is a company specialized in R&D and production of pharmaceutical raw materials and cosmeceuticals. To strengthen our team of pharmacists, we are looking for a motivated industrial pharmacist who is responsible for quality and release of produced batches. Additionally, he/she leads numerous innovation projects for both pharmaceuticals and cosmeceuticals.

We are currently looking for the following profiles to strengthen our team:

Industrial R&D Pharmacist

The main tasks of this person include, but are not limited to:

- Initiating and developing innovation projects for new product launches with our clients and partners.

- Acting as a backup for the responsible pharmacist in terms of batch release, management of the analysis and release register, creation and approval of SOPs, evaluation and management of the quality system through CAPAs, deviations, change controls, risk assessments... Qualification and status monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors, management of audits (internal and external), monitoring of complaint handling, ensuring compliance of the quality system with cGMP, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Pharmaco- and cosmetovigilance.

- Qualification and education requirements:

Master's degree in drug development - Pharmacist. (Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy is preferable)
QP certification (not mandatory)
Experience or affinity with GMP, method validation, equipment qualification (2+ years prefered)
Interest/knowledge in R&D in the field of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
Desired skills and personal qualities:
Meticulous, enthusiastic, persevering.
Good communication skills, team player, client-centric.

Business Development Manager

To further expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the complete BelCoPhar portfolio, which encompasses our own brands, private label offerings, and pharmaceutical products. You will establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with clients and business partners, both domestically in Belgium and internationally. Moreover, you will oversee and assume overall responsibility for the projects you acquire.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the relevant sector.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Detail-oriented and persuasive.
Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
